A hyped-up 20-something self-help seminar instructor. Eyes gleaming, preaches "Humans only use 10% of their brain! Awaken the other 90% and become a genius!" Tries to monetize nonexistent "hidden talents." fMRI proved nearly all brain regions are routinely active—the "hidden 90%" never existed.
Spread as an urban legend of unknown origin, amplified by self-help industry and movies. Completely denied by fMRI.
